C. L.So happy with the service! I bought a second hand wedding dress that needed dry cleaning and I was super worried about it as the dress was heavily beaded. I looked at many places but the majority of places wanted 6 weeks to dry clean my dress and most of them were outside London. I emailed Upstage with my concerns re the dress and they were very helpful and after going to their shop in person they made me feel even more comfortable by reassuring me the stains would come off and that the beading wouldn't be affected (and even showed me around so I could see the delicate clothes they are used to dealing with). 2 weeks later I had my dress looking brand new, no stains and no damage to the beading. They are a family business and very caring and efficient and I would definitely recommend them!
