They fix my guess bag and I am so pleased with the results, very professional and my skirt look new and the colour more bright. Thank you for the cs everyone is friendly and helpful ☺️

While the owner was very professional and accommodating, I’m quite disappointed with the alteration done by their tailors to my jacket. Based on the stitching, it looks very rushed. I gave them all the time they need which is one week to ensure that the jacket will be altered correctly. But when i got it there were some seam puckering, skipped stitches, old stitches not removed, and forgetting to close a part of the liner (attached photo). Overall, the stitching/sewing are not very clean, especially on the sides and shoulders. It’s my second alteration with them, and this might be the time to look for other tailors in London, especially for expensive clothes such as this Private White VC jacket. What i think tailors should give recommendations on fit based on his/her experience and meticulous in checking the quality of sewing. I may be expecting too much for a local tailor, but based on their website they have decades of experience, so i believe the sewing job should at least be clean. I’m very disappointed. They have a potential to be a good go-to alteration shop. But only maybe for easy (not complicated) alterations such as shortening of trousers. —————— UPDATE 01/11/21 After posting my initial review, the owner replied and asked me to bring it back for them to rectify and I am now very pleased with the quality of alteration made to my jacket. The stitches are far from what it was initially. No more seam puckering and missed stitches. Professionally done. This means that this shop has the skills to do complex alterations. And also for the difficulty of alterations done to my jacket (take in shoulders, take in waist, take in sleeves) the cost was very reasonable. Furthermore, Hal and Hattie were very professional in dealing with the issue. They called to ensure I am happy with how it was re-done. 👍🏻 I intend to use their service again for future alteration needs. Thanks! (i’ve added 3 new photos that are with ‘check’ marks to indicate the re-done output)

These guys did a last minute alteration to my trousers, they did a great job, were so friendly and really saved my skin by squeezing me in even though they were already very busy. Yet another awesome Woolwich company :)

I’ve been using this unbelievable dry cleaners for about 15yrs. The service is phenomenal and the staff are on point. I’ve stood in the queue waiting to be served and wondered at the customer service……. I have nothing but great things to say for this establishment. And I’ve used every other dry cleaners in the area. Truly a great service and phenomenal staff 👍👍

Took my coat in as my zipper kept getting stuck the guy in there was great! He knew exactly what to do and resolved my issue. I use them for my dry cleaning now and am very happy with there fast efficient and friendly service.
