We love Zipjet - we’ve been using it for over 3 years now and find it so easy. We’ve never lost an item, the drivers are always friendly (especially Saeed!), and customer care is also very helpful if we ever need to change a delivery time at the last minute. Would recommend this service to anyone who life a busy life and doesn’t have time to go to an in person dry cleaning shop!

I have used Zipjet a few times now and every time the service has been amazing. The whole process is extremely user friendly and all of the staff I have had contact with are helpful and nice. All of our pick-ups and drop-offs were bang on time, and it is great that you are kept informed at all points during the process. Zipjet was an absolute lifesaver when we were having our kitchen replaced and did not have a washing machine for a number of weeks! Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

I am using Zipjet for about 6 months now and I really like their service and quality! The app is easy to use and the prices meet the service quality. It is absolutely easy to schedule a pick up/drop off via the app. All the drivers are nice and helpful. Most importantly, all stuff I had cleaned, washed,... came back in perfect conditions and as expected. I can recommend Zipjet to anyone that has something for the drycleaner, you will love the handy bags they bring to transport your clothes.

I have been using Zipjet for 4 months now and I cannot praise them enough! Their app is easy to use to schedule pick ups and I love the fact that they give you a two hour window, and then send you a text when they are minutes from your door. Their drivers are always prompt and courteous, and their service is excellent! Everything comes back clean and perfectly folded and ready to just put away. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They do a good job on my shirts and the app is easy to use. The delivery guys are super nice and friendly which is a bonus. They lose a star for inconsistency - I've had a few occasions where I was told last minute that the driver couldn't make it or they would need to reschedule which was annoying. I have tried other apps but ZipJet is probably my preferred one at the moment

Dry cleaning was fine and the service was convenient, with the drivers arriving at more-or-less the right time for pick-up/delivery. Only qualm is that the default 'Plus' delivery option incurred an additional service fee, and this wasn't made clear - I would have selected a different option if I'd realised it would cost me extra. In fact, the whole Zipjet pricing model is a bit strange and difficult to understand as the customer.

I been using Zip jet for many years now and they never disappoint. Quality of service is really good and customer service very attentive. Special shout out to our regular driver ZUL. He is just the best. Wonderful manners, the most positive attitude and nothing is trouble for him.

Initially I had poor customer service. Zipjet refused to clean my clothes because they were heavily soiled (the reason why I needed dry cleaning in the first instance) then a customer service rep hung up on me and then refused to accept my calls, which I think is unacceptable. I called back the next day and spoke with the manager and he did his best to make it right, which meant going back to their dry cleaning provider to ensure my clothes were cleaned to an acceptable standard. However it took a great deal of effort on my part to get there- certainly way more effort than with traditional dry cleaners. The positive aspects of Zipjet are they offer competitively low pricing and they pick up and deliver to your door. This review was edited from an earlier one which was more scathing - I changed the review because of the additional customer service that was provided.

Half hour collection and delivery slots and a 24 hour turn around time? What's not to like! Honestly do not understand the negative reviews of this service. I came back home last Friday from a three week trip away. Zipjet arrived Saturday morning to collect 20 odd shirts and two suits which were delivered back to me the next day all dry cleaned. In my opinion, the best dry cleaning app out there at the moment.

I have only used their service for clothes that don't need special treatment and the service was great for me. I rarely used my own washer at home during past one year. Usually I can pack 2-3 weeks of cloth, underwear together with my bed linens into their single bag and get it picked, washed, folded nicely and delivered back for 15GBP.

One of the best services I've tried! Always on time if not a few minutes early which is great for planning. Additionally, they use a mild detergent which some of the other companies don't and its horrible having clothes that smell so strongly of a foreign scent. Not here, I love ZipJet!

He goes above and beyond, even unloading the laundry for me, when he arrives. Zul is friendly and has become a friend of mine over his deliveries. A very inconsistent service. Some weeks they are very good, collect on time, drop off at the time agreed, everything in the bundle, clean, pressed. Delivery guys are great. However lately they consistently miss drop offs, deliver items that are not ours. And have very poor customer service, there are days when I cannot get through to find out where our items are. I am still waiting to hear back regarding an item of ours that was lost 6 months ago, nor have I been given a refund for the lost item. I think rather than promising a 24 hour turnaround and not being able to honour this, you should give yourself the time needed to refine the service so people are not consistently frustrated with what could be a really exceptional service.

Very easy to use and convenient service that have always done a good job on my dry cleaning. You pay varying amounts depending on turnaround time which is fair, and if there are problems the customer care team are very helpful. Prices have risen recently but it's still good value for the service

I’ve been so pleased with Zipjet’s service since moving to London. Our pickup/delivery driver Saeed is always prompt and friendly, even stopping by early if he’s already in the neighborhood when we’ve had to schedule a late evening pickup. Doorstep service with a smile!!

These guys has made a great journey. Used them a couple of years ago and was pretty disappointed mainly due to delays. Now days however it's working very well, always on time and with great turn around times available. Always clean and well pressed. Only issue is that they press the collars of shirts too hard, so if you use them every week short collars and sleeves will wear notably faster than others.

Been using ZipJet for a couple of years now and most of the time its totally fine, but i've had a few incidents such that I can't give a perfect score. On at least one occasion I've had clothing come back with new stains that weren't there when I sent the clothing out, and on more than one occasion I've had dry-cleaned jumpers actually come back smelling like food, which was just awful. On a very positive note, however, I can say that the drivers are always courteous, professional, and on time. My regular driver Saeed is a wonderful guy, always on time and friendly of course, but beyond that he is simply a wonderful human being, always takes a moment to ask how I'm doing and leaves wishing me the best. Our exchanges are that of friends and I think of him has a friend now. Honestly, if it weren't for Saeed I would think about trying other companies, as there are many in London providing the same. My loyalty to ZipJet is actually just loyalty to Saeed. I hope the company values him as highly as I do.

The convenience is unparalleled although unexpected delays (in my case during the delivery) take away from the beauty of it. I used dry cleaning only and while the prices are lower than Perkins which I used to use, I find that the cleaning isn't up to the high standard that I am used to. I am also fairly confident that my black coat was dry cleaned with other colours because it is now covered in tiny white pills - I am yet to see if I can remove them with my usual brush. I would use again but probably not for expensive clothing and would be extra careful with the quality of the cleaning before making this my go-to dry cleaning service.

This is such a great service. I really don't like doing my laundry (well, who does?) let alone ironing all my clothes. Thanks to Zipjet I do not have to take care of it any more. UPDATE: I have updated my review to three stars from one! Although my clothes were missing for a few days, they did everything they could to find them, and eventually located all my stuff! I'm so happy to have my clothes, and now my kids have things to wear! So they did a good job in doing everything they could to remedy the situation! I am so sorry I sent my clothes to this company. I am here on vacation from the United States and needed my son's clothes washed. I sent one bag of clothing with specific instructions to not separate them. The next day they returned my stuff and I immediately realized I was missing a ton of items. At least half of our clothing is missing! How do you misplace half of someone's clothing in an order that wasnt supposed to be separated, and with reading the reviews, it seems pretty doubtful that we will be getting anything back. This has truly ruined our vacation. We got no socks back, my son is wearing the same clothes he was wearing yesterday and running around the city in shoes with no socks, because for some reason we did not get any socks back. I'm completely distraught and devastated at this point. Worst decision I have ever made in my life! If I could change my plane ticket without having to pay a huge fee, I would be on the next flight home! If I don't hear something besides "we're still looking" by tomorrow morning, I will he going down to their offices! I honestly cannot believe this!

The last few zipjet employees that have come to collect the clothes were rude & unhelpful. One of them even complained that I didn't have a zipjet bag and that he had to go and get one. He followed by just giving me the bag and being on his phone while I was putting tbe items in the bag. Not only that but, they don't provide any kind of receipt and confirmation of how many items were taken with the excuse 'they don't usually make mistakes'. How are we supposed to confirm that the nr of items that were sent/returned is correct?

Zipjet has been a godsend to me. Unlike their competitors, you can order the night before and still find they will pick up your laundry the following morning. Also unlike their competitors, they wash and return your laundry in 24 hours if you need that. The service is not without its teething problems, but the team has always been quick to rectify any issues.

For me this service has been a good experience, after using this service for 3 months now after using laundrapp I can say 1 the couriers are knowledgeable and makes sure you know exactly what you require and how it will be proccesed weather it be wash and fold, suites that need to be dry cleaned and tell you the price, they are also punctial, you get it the next day bang on time. The pick up was bang on time, the man who came to collect my 2 bags of laundry was super polite and helpful. The laundry was delivered back to me on time and neatly packaged. Moreover, I wasn't home during the window of time the laundry was meant to be delivered, and the man, named Bahnasi, found a solution for me I wouldn't have thought of myself - to keep the clothes in the building's basement. He then also went on to send me an image of where my packages were safely kept. He was super polite and really helpful! I've used Laundrapp before, and this one is much better; Laundrapp doesn't include towels/bedsheets/anything other than "clothes", and they charge a lot more for stuff not included. Whereas, with Zipjet, you can chuck all your stuff in at once! 5 starssss
