Really great clean of our carpets. The guy who came (Rafal) was lovely, friendly and great at the job. Did a brilliant job on our living room and hallway carpet, which our puppy had pooped all over and run mud through. It was awful and we weren't expecting anywhere near the results we got - it looks like it did when we moved in now. We were considering pulling it up and getting floor boards put in but are just going to get these done every 6 months or so now good value for money.

Tomas was punctual and incredibly friendly which put me at ease and he did an amazing job cleaning a bedroom carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years! My only regret is that I did not take "before" photos. Looking at it now that Thomas has cleaned my dining room carpet, it's hard to believe it's not brand new. In fact it's seven years old. Fantastic service. They came round Monday evening and cleaned every stain on my sofa. There was coffee, beer marks, food stains and they all came out - took around 30mins (3 seater sofa with a 2seat foot stool) - cost me £49 - really really happy. Defo recommend and want them back to do the carpet at some point.

Fantastic. I live in a three floor rental house where the carpets have clearly not been changed or cleaned for many years of previous tenents. They were really starting to get me down. I was surprised to find that it would actually be cheaper to get Express City Cleaning in than to rent a machine and do the job myself. I was expecting it to need a small team of cleaners but, in fact, one guy, Zbyszek did it all on his own in a couple of hours and the results are really great. I am thrilled that every mark and stain is gone, there is a lovely fresh smell and I feel comfortable walking around in bare feet now. A great porfessional service. Highly recommended.
