Paul cleaned the stair carpet and the difference was outstanding it looks like a new carpet! Removed lots of dirt and stains. Also our large rug in the living room looks amazing too. Such a difference I would highly recommend. I have used other carpet cleaning companies but this was by far the best. Job done thoroughly and quickly and to time, all in all a perfect result.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Paul. I had a rug that I thought would need to be thrown out as it was extremely dirty due to our puppy walking (and having puppy accidents) all over it! But Paul worked his magic and it looks as good as new. I would highly recommend his services, he is fast and efficient and extremely good value for money! Excellent! We were thinking of getting a new carpet, but thought we would try a full clean first. This was definitely the right decision as they came up like new! We had our living room/dining room carpet cleaned about 3 years ago but the tide marks had started to reappear along the front of the sofas and the doorway, also our dog loves to leave the odd muddy stain here and there! We called Clean Victoria and Paul promptly came around and explained what the work would involve, he gave us a very good quote and we booked the job in for the following week. On the day Paul arrived right on time and set about his work straight away and with little fuss. He finished up barely an hour later and the carpet now looks and smells so much better, the stains have gone and we are over the moon with the results. Would recommend and will definitely be using again.

Moved into new property that a previous owner had pets in. Carpets were not the cleanest and had a strong odour. Clean Victoria did a fantastic job, very professional and have all the gear required. He done that good of a job I had him clean my 2 seat sofa and chair and done a fantasy job on them as well. Smell has now gone from carpets and look a lot better. Just had some work done in my house and carpets needed a good clean. A friend of mind told me about Clean Victoria so I thought why not call. Paul came out and was very approachable and assessed what needed to be done, including removing a couple of stains (one being red wine). He was obviously knowledgeable on all things carpets and he also told me how much it would cost up front and when he could do the work. That sold it for me and Paul came out later that week to do the work. Very professional and he had an array of equipment to complete the work to a very high standard. Job was done and the carpet is 'popping' now almost like new. Did not think there was so much to carpet cleaning and is worth leaving it to the professionals and with that in mind you can't get better than Clean Victoria Thank You Keith Richardson

Paul came over and cleaned my two bedroom flat. The carpets looked and smelled amazing after he was done with them. Paul does not over charge with his carpet cleaning service as some other carpet cleaning companies I came accross do and will try. My landlord who lives in the flat opposite me has said he would use Paul for future work. I know that I'll keep Paul for all my future carpet cleaning going forward. Ps Paul is also a great lovely lad. Very professional and polite. Polite people are rare these days so was a lovely change to meet someone who takes pride in the business they have built from scratch up and values the customers they generate.
