M. P. (.Whilst visiting Newport, my old home town, I needed some repair work to a rucksack, which meant a lot to me. I met with Sharon, and was quickly put at ease in regards to the new lining required.
I collected my rucksack a few days later, and to say it was better than it had ever been, was an understatement. The attention to detail exercised on the job was evident, amazing stitching, and Sharon had been so careful to match the fabric pattern, even though it wasn’t on day-to-day show.
I really can’t recommend highly enough the repair work undertaken. I’m so grateful for the help restoring my rucksack, it now got years of life ahead of it. Thank you so much..!

T. H.After many years of lending my double sleeping bag to friends, family and my ex’s (large) sister I decided it was time for a clean.
The staff seemed friendly and I was charged £26. I thought it was quite expensive as it just needs to go in a large washing machine but apparently it’s the going rate.
I collected the sleeping bag on the way to a camping trip. The annoying thing is they took the sleeping bag apart and handed it back in two bags. I really think they should have zipped it back together. They even had the cheek to say it’s better as it’s easier to carry. Tbh if I thought that I would have provided it in two parts.
So I arrived at the campsite and spent about an hour in pitch-black fumbling around my single-man tent trying to work out how the multitude of zips relate to each other. I thought it was impossible and almost gave up, accepting my fate of the hypothermia to come. However, I stuck at it and all of a sudden “click” the first zip slotted together. I was overwhelmed with euphoria. It was the biggest achievement of my life. I realised at that point anything is possible. It is for that reason I am giving four stars rather than one. I went in for a clean sleeping bag and left with a new outlook on life.
