Very good customer service. Had a really old duvet but the helpful lady gave good advice and cleaned the duvet properly

I've been coming here years, the staff are lovely (despite one reviewer saying they weren't) prices are good, service is fantastic, clothes are always folded in such a way theres very little ironing. This is the best laundrette in Northampton, service washes are available too, so very flexible in helping you.

I called first to ask about having duvets washed and dried, and spoke to a really helpful lady called Chris. I dropped two duvets off, and she called me within a few hours to say they were done, even though she was obviously very busy. Even gave me advice on airing them. Amazing service and much cheaper than my local dry cleaner. Recommended.

Lovely lady 🙂 very helpful ❤️ had a huge bedspread to do and it was sooo easy! Super clean throughout, washing machines & driers! Covid safe too and I felt safe the whole time. Highly recommended.

Lovely ladies who are very helpful and do a good service wash. Parking however, not down to the laundry of course IS a pain. The closest spots are LOADING bays. Didn't know that until I got a parking ticket.... Your best bet is to try and find a place in the side streets or use the Co-op's car park. That has a One Hour limit... Also the last wash for same day is 4.30pm
