After sitting in the shop while waiting for my laundry I observed the staff and they really take pride in their work.

You would say doing your laundry is something very normal, but the lady who attended me (apologies for not remembering her name), was Absolutely amazing. I got in, and I did not have coins so she chose a machine for me, helped me with all the settings and then used her own coins to pay for the service and gave me indications to where I could change my money to coins.
I waited there and she was always very friendly, after the service was done I needed a taxi and couldn't get it on the app, so she came to me with like 5 different numbers and said we were gonna go through all of the numbers together until we could get me a taxi . She finally managed to book me a cab, but the waiting time was very long, she kept checking it for me and she even offered me a bottle of water because this all happened on a very hot day.
Overall the customer service was the best you could ever ask for. Thank youuu!
G. J.Reasonable prices and quick wash and dry. Staff are so lovely, even offered coffee while I wait. I chose the pub opposite for a pint but it was lovely to be offered

S. S.Absolutely delighted with the service today. Needed my superking feather duvet washed and dried same day and I've just collected it. Friendly and efficient service, very reasonably priced! There's also a couple parking spaces which makes life easier!
C. P.Great customer service - friendly & efficient. King size quilt and heavy bed cover quickly washed and dried as a 'service wash'. Very happy with the price and time saved. Would definitely recommend. Parking is also very handy and surprisingly easy given that it can be a busy junction.
L. F.Great, friendly service. They remember you and details about your life, because they genuinely care. During lockdown, they were working twice as hard, disinfecting their premises every day, etc. If you don't have a washing machine, this is definitely the place all the cool kids should go.
