Richard provided a prompt and fair quote for a full house carpet clean. He was able to fit me in quickly too. Sean came on the day and did an excellent job. He clearly explained how the process worked and was a pleasure to have in the house. He was a fast worker too. I was really Impressed with the end result and would highly recommend this team. I’ve used Grimebusters many times over the years- not only are the staff friendly, helpful and informative, their work makes such a difference. I’ve had stains ranging from dog sick, to red wine, to general bad odours due to my toddler having toilet accidents on the carpets, and the Grimebusters team make such a difference. I’ve been putting off replacing my carpets for about 5 years thanks to Grimebusters getting them back to a decent condition once or twice a year despite having cream carpets with two young kids and a dog! Highly recommend.

I have been booking an annual carpet & rug clean with Grimebusters since 2013. Richard is always very responsive and efficient in booking my appointments and Lewis who cleaned my carpets and rugs this week is a first class professional. The carpets were quite stained in places this year due to unusually heavy wear during lock-down. Lewis did an amazing job getting rid of the them. What impressed me was the efficiency and speed of response in booking and estimating at the Witney branch by Richard. It was made clear that since the call out rate was £90, it was better value to have more than one item cleaned so I opted for 4, 1 large landing and corridor carpet and 3 rugs for £120. Lewis arrived on time properly Covid covered with plastic gloves and shoe covers and worked quickly making it clear that he was able to deal with moving the furniture where necessary.All items were dry to be walked upon after 1 hour. All in all I was impressed by the service and care given to the job of removing various stains and revitalising one very old rug. i have no hesitation in recommending this service and I will use Grimebusters again.

Last time our carpets were cleaned it involved moving furniture into the garden and a tortuous procedure with an ungainly machine we hired that generated a torrent of evil black suds and left the house smelling damp for days.
