Cannot recommend Andrew enough. He was professional from the offset. Talked me through the treatment they do for odour removal and I was completely satisfied with the rigorous process they undertake. Bedroom carpet and hallway smell and look amazing but more importantly it was Andrew’s professionalism and pleasant nature which made me book with him. Great job, as always :) We arranged with Jen for Andrew to clean our carpets whilst we were away on holiday. (Our carpets were so gross - with 2 cats and a 16month old baby, you can imagine)! We arrived back from holiday to our carpets looking as good as new and smelling SO much fresher! We will always use this company for any carpets/rugs/sofa cleaning. Highly recommend them. I had new Carpets fitted which was perfect until my Dog was poorly on them. I tried to clean this up myself- Still leaving behind odour and stain. So pleased with my carpets! We were considering getting new carpets but decided to try getting them cleaned and I’m so glad we did! We have 3 boys and 2 dogs and the dirt has been building up over the years. So worth getting it done. I’m really pleased with the results. Andrew worked efficiently and really knew his stuff too. Andrew came to my hairdressing salon to clean some free standing chairs that I needed cleaning ,Andrew arrived early and greeted me in a very polite professional manner ,he advised me that the machines would be a little noisy but I was welcome to stay and watch ,he got to work in no time , I was very very happy with the result ,as u can imagine there were coffee stains ,hair dye and paint on these chairs and Andrew got every little stain off , they looked brand new , he also cleaned up my little girls arm chair, when Andrew had nearly packed away I asked does he clean fixed door mats and he said yes and while he was here he may aswell do the one in the salon ,even though he had nearly packed up he turned to the mat and cleaned it with no Kwarms at all . I am 100% happy with the level of service, the correspondance and professionalism of Andrew and Jenny .i Will definitely use doctor carpet again .

Doctor Carpet did a fantastic job on 6 dining chairs I'd recently purchased. Before doctor carpet, I was seriously considering getting rid or returning them. The customer service from Jen was second to none. She kept me up to date and ensured she had a good knowledge of how exactly the chairs might clean up. Andrew arrived exactly when Jen said he would and thoroughly inspected the chairs first. He told me exactly which spots would be hard to get perfect again and I was well aware that they might not come up perfectly - they really were a state! Andrew was professional and there for around 2 hours. By the time he left, whilst the chairs could never have been perfect they were SO much cleaner!! They smelt and looked so much fresher and I am no longer worried about having them in my home! Thank you so much, I have had no hesitation about recommending to all of my friends and work colleagues! Andrew did an amazing job of cleaning our sisal rug after we had a red wine spillage. It had water marks, washing detergent and red wine marks on it after we had unsuccessfully tried to clean it. It is now like new. I would definitely recommend Andrew and would use him again.

Bought a new house and after we had viewed it originally and with the delays due to covid the previous owners had bought pets (Cats) and it had a rather potent odor when we exchanged contacts and was given the keys. Unbelievable results! With two young children running around the place my living room and hallway carpets looked black with dirt. Chose Doctor Carpet based on the Google reviews on here and I was not disappointed. Carpets look nearly brand new. Would highly recommend and would use again. Doctor Carpet cleaned two carpets, two fabric sofas, a foot stool and scatter cushions for us. So incredibly pleased with the results, the muck that came out of them all was almost impressive if not a little embarrassing! Our suite has come up like new which considering we have 2 little ones that see covering them in mess as a sport was worrying but Andrew's knowledge of how to look after them moving forward and assistance with applying a new resistant finish (to buy me some cleaning time) gives me the confidence they can do their worst.
