Place is always staffed and the woman in there is really welcoming and helpful, especially if it's your first time. A wash takes around 30 minutes and is £6. You're welcome to leave and come back, wait in the car or just sit and chat. There is an ATM over the road if you don't have any money and they are always happy to swap a note for coins! Highly reccomend if your washing machine was temporarily broken like mine.

There is a manageress there called Teresa . She's so helpful, funny and nice. She will help you with your washing. Help sort the machine out to except the new £1 coins even! Brilliant.!
