T. P.We had Rob round last week to clean our living room, stairs and landing carpets and we weren’t disappointed! The carpets have come up like new and the service was top notch.
Rob phoned to say he was on his way as a courtesy and turned up on time. The service was friendly, efficient and very good value for money. He’s an honest guy who provides an honest service. He didn’t try to recommend frequent cleans as he didn’t think it was needed (I was thinking every 6 months).
We will definitely be getting Rob back the next time we need the carpets done.

P. P.What can I say about Rob and Stayclean?
Well one thing is for sure he offers a real 5 star service. Rob was on time and very professional when he came to the house, however before that he had shown he was on to the job before he'd even seen the job. He asked for photos of all the work to be completed and gave me a very competitive quote on the spot.
Rob was at my door as agreed and before I knew it he was setup and ready to go. We had a conversation as if we'd known each other for years ....very very nice guy.
Once the job was complete, he walked me through the aftercare and said he'd follow it up with a call the next day to make sure his work was as we'd left it the day before...it was and I am so pleased with the results and the service and professional experience.
I would recommend Rod and his business in a heartbeat.

Being a light grey carpet it can easily stain after spills and with general wear near the doorways. Originally I called Rob to remove a beer spill stain, but thought we would get the whole room done at the same time. I didn’t even realise how much it needed it until I’ve seen the machine in action and the end results. Absolutely could not of done a better job! Rob even went the extra mile (at no more cost) to do a small area upstairs where another spill had happened. We were amazed at the amount of “gunk” the process removed ! This morning, the smell has disappeared…….and the carpet pile seems to have lifted quite a lot.

d. l.What a lovely gentleman. He came out urgently to clean my mums carpets as she’d been rushed to hospital and I wanted them clean for when she returned hone. They were heavily stained and absolutely stank as she’d been violently sick in various places. I had never met him and yet entrusted him with the keys to mums lovely little bungalow as I just knew I could trust him.
He was extremely busy and juggled other clients around to get to me urgently. I hope he did not annoy too many of his clients in doing so as he was acting with such kindness.
The stains were black and absolutely vile and now are gone.
