I am new customer and I am so happy with the service I had 3 blazers and they had stain on them.I was hoping the stains were going to be removed . And to my surprise my blazers looked brand new! So I went back for second time took 3 coats again they also had stains one my coats was black and covered in my dog hairs ! And again they done fantastic job ! My coats looked brand new. Thank you for great service. I highly recommend Mercedez.

Have to say this business went above and beyond I was delayed getting back from holiday and I’m going to a wedding in Scotland early, I got there too late but the guy came back especially so that I could pick up our outfits what a superstar!!! would definitely recommend

Lovely and professional cleaners and services. I recently took a light coloured blazer in there that was covered in dirt and I picked it up today and it looks amazing!. The man on the desk is always so friendly, helpful and professional, always goes out his way to help me and washes my items multiple times until they are good as new! I've used their services a few times now and will continue to always go there going forward. Highly recommended!

Polite, professional and perfect service. 2 shirts and one dress ( all white ) which had my daughters fake tan on. I wasn’t sure they would be able to get it all out as the fabric was delicate but everything was completely Mark free on collection. Very happy with the result & the man on the reception was very polite and helpful.Price was the going rate locally which was good. I Will be using this dry cleaners from now on. Great job !

I can highly recommend this dry cleaner. I have been using them for years and they always provide an excellent service. I had a ball gown which had a huge red wine stain on it and they managed to remove it, so it is as good as new! Very professional and friendly service.
