Gemma and her husband managed to book me in the same morning I called. They we're punctual and very professional. The service was amazing, cleaned two stained mattresses, I only asked for the smell to removed however they managed to take out the stains. Will be arranging another clean.

Having found GTB on a Google search, I can only say I feel that I found the 'Golden Ticket'.. From first point of contact with Gemma.. I have received a professional service.. The guy who arrived to clean my carpets, was punctual.. Explained exactly what was going to be done and what result I could expect after the clean.. Furniture was moved and replaced and the carpets were cleaned better than my expectations.. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, make them your first and last choice.. Absolutely fantastic, highly recommended. After getting various quotes for carpet cleaning and finding lots of hidden extras that needed to be added on by the companies, I went for GTB for their all inclusive and very good value quote. Having 2 hairy muddy dogs, my home was very grubby.But the carpet looks like new and everything feels so much softer without the grime. Very friendly professional team and super powerful van powered equipment. Will definitely book again.

What a fantastic company ! I tried hard to remove a stain from my carpet after my dog was sick( every chemical available to me and even a rug doctor/ a steamer ) but not a problem for these guys ! I’ve used Gemma and Terry before and have been impressed. They came To clean my new carpet after the dog raided my kids hot chocolate and stained it. The carpet was less than 6 months old. After the original clean there was an “earthy” odour so I fed back to Gemma as I never had this with the other cleans and she sent Terry straight out to deodorise it. Unfortunately the odour was still there so he came out again (all within a few days) and reapplied it. The odour was still there so Gemma came out and re-cleaned my carpet for nothing this time resulting in the carpet fresh and smelling clean. Yeah So happy with their response, promptness in both replying to messages and visiting me and also their professionalism when trying to sort the problem. They are very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable about what they do and just really nice people. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

Fabulous company, everything they tell you they are going to do for you and more. They agreed to doing some work at a height for me to clean out guttering on my three story house. Not a job for the faint hearted, it’s very high. They unblocked the guttering and removed a large piece of motar which was causing my guttering to overflow, a complete external clean including fascias, windows and garage door. I even noticed they’d removed cobwebs!! What more could you want. Such an honest company where high standards and good reputation clearly mean so much. Terry thought he may of broken a slab in my garden and was pretty worried, I explained I had already broken it! The relief on his face was immense however GTB regardless of me having broken my own slab still bought me a replacement slab over with no charge! Can you believe it?! Great company, highly recommend. Thanks GTB Ps they also do guttering repairs!
