I first went into this establishment totally unaware of what I was looking for. However every member of staff have been an amazing help from day one until present. Great advice, great knowledge and very attentive. I would especially sing the praises of the lady who genuinely listens to you whether its about their products or life in general. She's lovely to interact with and makes you feel welcome.

I always visit this store for my special occasion cigars. They have a fantastic range of worldwide cigars, and have a price to suit all pockets. I usually buy a nice Cuban cigar between say £10-20 and a couple of cheaper ones between £5-10 so you will find something. The shop feels classy but small, and has a separate room which I think is temperature controlled and has the better quality cigars in it

Shop was clean and tidy - staff was intuitive to our needs and helped find the perfect Cubans! The only down fall was the humidor being locked and when other clients came into the shop we ended up being rushed to make a decision as the staff can clearly not be in two places at once.

Great old fashioned whiskey and tobacco shop. You can imagine walking in and experiencing the same sights and smells as 100 years ago which is by no means a negative. Helpful staff helped me to find what i needed very efficiently. A must visit for tourists looking for souvenir whiskey. I'd like to see more shops return to this older vintage style.

3 stars, but could so easily have been 4 had the staff smiled, and made me feel welcome - and listened to what I asked! Yes, the shop is very nice; its clean, spacious, has suitable lighting for the decor - a kind of dark, modern take on 'old and comfortable'. However... my experience made me feel I was an inconvenience, and not a potential new customer. The range of tobacco's seems broad enough - and they stock my blends, American Cherry and Vanilla, and the occasional bowl of Kentucky Nougat. There is also a wide range of cigars and whiskeys - but whilst I have a taste for the later, I have no interest in the former. The decor and location come at a cost, and this is reflected in the price. Absorba filters at £4.50 a packet (£2.50 elsewhere), and almost £8 for 25g of tobacco. But, if you are in Glasgow and out of your blend, and don't want to walk 15mins to Smokers Lounge, then there is no denying that Robert Graham's is the place to go, and convenience has a price, of course. Perhaps I just caught the staff on a bad day - I'll try them again in a month or so and see if it was a hopefull one-off. It is a nice shop, and it does have a very lovely smell!

A good selection of spirits and cigars. Unfortunately I had gone in to get help with replacing a flint and coil for a vintage lighter but they didnt seem to have the expertise to do so. Despite this a friendly bunch and happy enough to direct me to somewhere where I could get help.

Long story short. Not a novice, but no expert on which cigar to buy. Kyle was helpful and informative while giving me enough to go on for my choice of cigars that Saturday afternoon. A price mix up had me looking at a heftier price tag however, i was given my items at the price i had seen on the webstite. Cannot praise highly enough. These places usually have commission based staff who hover behind you and ruin your musings as you peruse the wares...but not here. Very unobtrusive staff on hand when you need them. Quite knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I left a happy man with a little bottle of heaven.

Great cigar/tobacco shop in the centre of Glasgow despite some of the other reviews stating that staff are unwelcoming I feel that staff are always friendly and helpful, and can always recommend you a good alternative product if you describe another one too them, never bought any Whisky from here but they do have a vast selection, including some rare ones.
