Though I'd only visited the shop 4 times in the last 48 hours, the feeling is that my nihilism is in a plethoric state. Visited a few branches before and strikes me how professionally and capable the staff is, and the space design. One is comfortable shopping at this place. Feel fortunate (and curse you for it) to have such a gem of shop in the neighbourhood. Just...thanks

Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. (I'm cheekily giving only 4 stars as this shop has taken too much of my money!) The selection of drinks is varied. Chilled section has good drinks from medium to high price options. If you want cheap wine go to the bargain booze shop around the corner ( very good shop for basics)... but if you want that nice bottle of special day champagne 🍾...this is your shop. Btw, service is very good. Shop is clean and follows covid regulations. Go on, try it... but bring a card.

Very good selection. Not the cheapest for some of the classic belgian/trappist/german ales which you can in other shops but a lot of what they stock you're not going to find anywhere else so worth a bit extra. If they start stocking Brasserie Fantôme again it'd be even better :)

Amazing selection of beers, probably one of the best in London. They get most of the latest most hyped beers, but also have space for local ones and up and coming breweries too. Although primarily a beer shop, they also have a decent wine selection including lots of natural wines and biodynamic wines, AND a good spirit selection too (I particularly rate the East London Liquor Company's gin). Alcohol free beers, gluten free beers, cider too - it's all here. Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and most have tried most of the stuff so actually know what they're talking about. Not particularly cheap, but you already knew that didn't you?

Great selection of beers, friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Left with a nice wine - so don't worry about being limited to beer - and a few cans of IPA which were being tasted tested in store. A great little shop, worth a visit but be prepare your wallet, I almost walked out with a growler! It's between 5-10 minutes walk up Hoe Street from Walthamstow Central, depending on how fast/slow you walk.
