Yesterday I popped in to get a specific type of wine. From my notes a lady recommended me 2 bottles, both where exactly what I was after. I’m extremely happy with the recommendations. They also had some champagne on tasting which I bought a bottle of as it was so good! Thank you :)

Great choice of French wines that you won't find anywhere else. Also some interesting French cidre, calvados and other drinks. The refill service is good value, bring a 70cl bottle for refills of Pinot Noir, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and more. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

A little gem on St John Street. Not only are all the wines in the shop from small winemakers all across France, they are simply delicious and these are wines you won’t find in any other shop in the UK. There’s a small selection of delicious French craft beers (give them a try you won’t regret it). Great customer service and very friendly advise by someone clearly passionate about wines and who wants to showcase the best from small independent producers. Highly recommended!

All wines sold are carefully selected by the passionate and knowledgeable owner. The value for money can't be beaten, since discovering this shop we've never bought wine from a supermarket again!

Great 100% French wine shop! The staff is amazingly well qualified! Ask them to help you chose your wine! They also import all their product directly! Best price/quality ratio I've ever seen in a wine shop.

I am a regular at this little yet amazing wine shop. I have to cross all London to shop there, but it's really worth the trip. I have never been despoiled by any of their wines, from their simple Vin de table to amazing grands crus. The all range is very reasonably priced. Max and Tim are always friendly, and knowledgable about wine. They know personally all the producers they source from, and can tell you about their individual stories. I just love shopping there.

We got Champagne, white wine and red wine from MadeInLittleFrance for our wedding in August 2018. The team was very helpful in suggesting wines that would pair well with the food served, and the deliveries to the different locations went very smoothly. I randomly took a tube to Islington whilst I had some time to spare waiting for a train and glad I did. Whilst perusing the streets I stumbled upon a rather lovely looking shop which made me want to go in. Its equally as fascintaing on the inside and full to the brim with French wines, cider, pale ales and more. There is a refill system where you can fill your wine bottle with French wine for £7.50 too - very reasonable especially for London. The owner is very friendly, informative and helpful which makes a difference to. The layout of the shop is great and it all looks very clean, modern and swish. There is also a rather fine looking selection of worldwide whiskeys - which I'd love to try at some point! If you are in the area or even if you're not I say GO and see for yourself! I also got a rather lovely bag with my purchases which can be reused - so I shall be spreading the word from afar now!

We stumbled upon this lovely little shop after coming out of the butcher's next door, and decided to buy a red wine to go with our beef. The owner was very knowledgable and easily picked out four wines to choose from within our budget of £15. I'm drinking the one we chose now and it's delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Really appalled by the comment below from C Cav, there is really good value for price here! I'm from a wine producing country and can say these guys know what they're talking about. Also try the champagne and artisanal beers.

MAdeinlittlefrance is a little jewel The pleasures of discovering some limited production wines, unusual spirits and liquors, make this place ideal for everyone ‘s budgets. If some people prefer supermarkets wines, that is their choice ... But offers have also been available in the store and some fantastic offers are always at hand Beautiful shelving too... Not to be missed ....

Fantastic wines, superb and attentive service and encyclopedic knowledge. Something for every budget too - not all fancy & expensive. Should be obvious by the name, but only French wines here! They'll find you a superb option though, if you're a bit afraid of venturing away from your usual Aussie Chardonnay or Argentinian Malbec...

I went to this new independent wine shop to buy a gift for a friend, i was amazed by the fine selection, well disposed in such a nice place. Maxence, the owner is a connaisseur, and gave me really good advice on which wine to buy. The selection is huge, and very fairly priced. My friend was happy to receive his present, and i ll definitely come back. A plus in this neighborhood, close to one of the best londonian butcher.
