R. W.This is where I get my wine on any given week. I’ve always found the staff to be polite and respectful, though there is one male member of staff who can come off a little snooty if you arrive a little underprepared/indecisive, which can be off-putting.
All in all, a decent wine shop for the everyday purchase. If I have the time, though, there are some wine merchants a little further afield which I prefer. The interiors are plusher, staff just seem a bit more personable and there’s a larger range of wines.
A. F. S.My friend who is a wine conosseur was a regular until the Italian staff was replaced. Now the spritz is not as good as before. There's a wide range of wines and it's possible to drink in the outdoor area or in the few tables inside. Customer service is very good. You need to order at the till and they will bring the drinks at the table.

H. M.Real cheap drinks, fabulous beer and wine selection. Basically an off license with a sit-in license. Inside is charming and there is a nice outdoor seating area too. You can get wine poured from the vending machine which is a treat and a half!
t. a.I am really glad this Wine Rack is in Belsize Park. They have a great selection of wines and spirits. What is really nice is you can also drink at the venue so it acts as a kind of local bar. You pay store price so its a great deal.
However, because of this you will often find that there is just one member of staff mixing up a drink or serving up the bar clientele, This means you have wait to just pay for your bottle of wine you are picking up for dinner on your way back from work. So there are unnecessary queues sometimes. Other than that great spot and vibes and friendly staff.

j. e.Very good budget place to sit and chat in the summer. Cheap as chips as you only pay shop prices for the alcohol and can bring your own food. If you buy wine or champagne to be chilled then they are happy to supply a chiller and glasses. They also sell whiskey, wine and Champagne by the glass.
