Had an issue with the wrong address at parcel force end not with Tipples and Company. Ended up with a delay in my order however they managed to put it right for me and got my drink to me in time for a party I'm hosting. Excellent customer service and took time out to not just email me but also with a phone call which not many if any would take time to do. Great company to deal with. Will be using again.

My new favourite online shop for my drinks. I stumbled upon this whilst looking for alcoholic drinks to be delivered to my house for convenience. They have a large selection of special brands. I am very pleased with the whole experience from order placement through to receiving my items.. all arrived promptly. Everything was well packed and protected to prevent any damage which was important as some of the items I will be giving as Christmas gifts. The packaging is very tastefully presented and they provided details so that I could track my packages which gave me peace of mind.
