Great service. Staff are very helpfull.. i purchased a grainfather from them, i got it home and found there where some parts missing. This was on a saterday!! I phoned up and told him what was missing, he said that he would post the parts to me on the monday first class. Which i was very happy with...but to my surprise the doorbell rang sunday morning and there he stood with my missing parts...in my book thats going above and beyond good customer service...dont pay any attention to some of the negative reviews on here.....

Very knowledgeable people here... great stock and the prices beat anything we've found on eBay... yum yum! They also stock loads of stuff to make preserves, butter, cheese etc yourself, so not just for the ole home brew!
