Excellent company. Rang for advice and my sleep test was delivered the next day. Having done the NHS test beforehand ( also a single night test), I found this test less cumbersome. My results arrived the same day as submitting the data ( automatic). My results were I thought quite detailed. Again I rang for advice which was both knowledgeable and professional in guiding me to choose a machine and importantly the mask. This arrived the next day ! All in all, the company is professional and with excellent and friendly customer care.

Excellent service. Very fast turnaround - not much more than a week between ordering and getting my results. Equipment very easy to use and unobtrusive when sleeping. Results very comprehensive and informative and, after a bit of Googling, easy to understand. My study showed that the vast majority of events occurred while sleeping on my back or left-hand side. I’m now trying out a positional sleep aid to keep me on my right. I informed Intus of this in their follow-up email and they haven’t pestered me with any other emails or marketing like you often get with online services. I’m therefore a very happy customer and would wholly recommend the service to anyone concerned about OSA that doesn’t have the time and patience to go through the NHS.

I found their website clearly explained what Obstructive Sleep Apnoea was and how it could be detected using a WatchPAT device in my home. They responded to my email very quickly and I received a device shortly afterwards. The operating instructions were easy to follow and the overnight test seemed successful. The device was returned to Intus via the Post Office for assessment by a qualified sleep technician. A couple of days later I received an email with a detailed Sleep Study Report and information letter which was very useful. After trying to get a sleep study via the NHS for a year and knowing I definitely had sleep apnea, I contacted Intus for support. All customers service operators I have spoken to, have been very understanding , reassuring and very supportive. There is only about 5 people within the office so it doesn't feel like a call centre type of business. The sleep study was very easy and I even got my results back the best day. Severe sleep apnea! I knew it! Intus then advised me which CPAP machine to purchase. I've been using it for about 5 weeks and the last 2 weeks my energy levels have come back after feeling sleep deprivation for a few years. I would definitely recommend intus healthcare for anything to do with sleep apnea. The support I've received is top class service!

Brilliant fast and very thorough reports I got mine as a paper mailed report to show my doctor and I was very impressed as was the doctor. The device they use is much more sophisticated and comprehensive than the plain nhs sleep blood oxygen monitor.

For a few years I have suffered from waking at night 1 to 4 times for no apparent reason. Throughout the day I experienced extreme tiredness and fatigue and would fall asleep immediately on sitting in a chair. I did not realise it could be a medical problem until I read about Intus Sleep Test. Having undertaken the test and subsequently informed by a fully written report that I had sleep apnea I was able to send a copy to my GP who then prescribed appropriate treatment. Expensive for what it is, and doesn't track as many elements of your sleep as, say, an Oura ring. The report is very brief. Not convinced of the absolute accuracy of the readings, but still an interesting exercise to have gone through. Quick turnaround.

I needed a sleep study urgently and couldn't wait on the NHS referral. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and speed that the study was conducted and report issued. There was a power cut at some point between my going to bed and waking up the next morning but Intus weren't phased and retrieved the data needed for the report. Big shout out to their awesome customer service and especially Kelly!

The OSA test was sent out promptly. I found it easy to set up and although a little tricky to sleep with it, I did manage to get enough sleep for a result that came back in one week of moderate sleep apnoea. I was so relieved to finally get diagnosed that I felt quite emotional. (The NHS had been worse than useless and I’ve suffered for 10 years with this debilitating issue) I was then actually able to purchase a CPAP machine which customer services at Intus were able to advise me on and answer all of my questions. It arrived the day after I ordered it! And I have just managed to get it set up. I anticipate that it will take me a while to get used to the sensation of the nasal mask on my face, I’m a light sleeper, (and extremely claustrophobic) but I’m determined to persevere because frankly after feeling exhausted every day for 10 years I need this to work! Intus have been amazing and I’m incredibly grateful to them. It’s also comforting to know that they are there if I need any more help or advice. They offer a fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Update: Surprisingly it only took one night to get used to wearing the nasal mask, the following night I slept like a baby and woke refreshed... I had forgotten what that felt like! I feel AMAZING, I’ve got so much energy I can’t sit still.. I feel like a new woman....this is nothing short of life changing!

If you follow instructions thoroughly and correctly, the test is very easy to use. The report is very detailed and satisfying and it's delivered in a reasonable short period of time. The only advice is to put the oximeter on your little finger: I have slender fingers but it was a bit tight on my index (not too uncomfortable, though.)

A convenient and reasonably-priced way to test yourself for snoring. Only drawback is that it should be conducted over two nights. That sleep I had was probably one of the best in a while.

It's difficult to convince your partner that he / she might have sleep apnoea, as happened in my case. It took some video footage while asleep in the aeroplane to convince my other half that there was definitely something wrong and an appointment was made with the local surgery. Due to Covid19 and possible other causes, the NHS sleep clinic could only offer an appointment in 3 months' time. We decided to go ahead and have a private sleep test with Intus Healthcare. It was easy to understand the procedure and the very detailed report /results of the test confirmed that my husband was indeed suffering from severe sleep apnoea. The customer service from Intus Healthcare is second to none and our questions prior to ordering the unit, were replied to immediately and with great care. If in doubt, do not hesitate and get peace of mind, not only will the sufferer sleep better, the partner's sleep improves too as there are no more fearful moments, counting the non-breathing seconds!

I was refused a referral to the sleep clinic by the NHS due to not meeting their criteria. The Intus sleep test arrived with 24 hours and I got the results 2 working days after returning it. Amazingly quick. The result letter was detailed and easy to understand, and showed I have severe sleep apnea. I then bought my CPAP equipment from Intus, which arrived within 24 hours! I’m now sleeping better and have more energy than I’ve had in years. It’s turned my life around - thank you!

This has been brilliant for me. I found the equipment easy to use, although the comprehensive instructions helped. The speed of the service was excellent. The monitor was delivered at the beginning of the week, and by the end of the week I had my sleep report. As I suspected, I have mild sleep apnea, as detected by the monitor. I now have a device to stop me from sleeping on my back (from the same company) and I am sleeping so much better. I feel 100 times better than I did a few weeks ago. I know it's a bit costly, but it was worth every penny just to feel normal again and not like a zombie!

My wife has said for over 10 years that my snoring was getting worse, over past 18 months she has said that I was stopping breathing ( apnea) too, so after many discussions, and me telling her it was getting older causing these problems , and they were natural, I agreed to have a sleep test. Reluctantly ordering a sleep test, telling her it was a waste of money, but anything to keep the peace! , the sleep test arrived promptly as stated, and the instructions very clear, the finger and chest reader quick to attach with such ease ,then went to sleep . On waking, my wife said by chance it was the quietest night I had had for a long time, think I may have been aware of the test but definitely no inconvenience or discomfort throughout the night, I think I slept well . Next morning sent the testing equipment in the self addressed packing , emailed Indus as requested & got an email in the afternoon to say it would be picked up by courier the next day at a given time. Wonderful service throughout, I received the results within a few days, and was given a very detailed report with graphs, readings and final diagnosis, I did have ‘Severe Obstructive Apnea’..... So without this test and the nagging of my wife!, this has given me a wake up call, in order to live a longer life probably than I would have had , I needed help, and have ordered. CPAP machine. Really good service. I've been getting more and more tired for no reason over the last few years, so I've been doing tests like vitamin levels, exercises, etc, but none of it helped. I decided to do the sleep test after a friend suggested it due to me snoozing and gagging at night. Turns out I have mild sleep apnea! I now have a machine and have been feeling better already after only a week of using it. Its well worth the money for this test just to know one way or the other :)
