Dr Lock and his talented colleague Jess helped me out great with my 2004 Corsa C, I'd lost all my keys and they provided me with two new keys, removed the old keys (preventing them from being able to start the car) and were lovely to be served by. Friendly, affordable, quick. Would happily lose my keys again!

Amazing quick and professional service! Me and my partner locked ourselves out of our flat, phoned them up and they turned up within 20 minutes and got us into our flat quickly! Could not recommend enough.

Came back from offshore and left van key on the rig. Called Dr Lock and they were there in 1 hour and had van started half an hour later. Can't recommend enough. Also started to rain and gave me an umbrella while the worked away. Almost half pice of what TSB were charging for the AA to come out who also couldn't get me seen to for another 4 days. Give these guys your custom as they are excellent.

Key snapped off a couple of hours before a house viewing! They arrived in 20 minutes and removed the snapped key. As we have always had to wiggle the key to unlock the door, they suggested we replace the whole lock. All done within 15-20 minutes. Had a Bluetooth card machine too! Super modern and professional. Can’t recommend highly enough. Saved my skin!

Fantastic service. Very professional, skilful, thorough and effective. They went to extra length to help us resolve our car key issues - they fixed one of the keys and made a replacement. Dr Lock made a really good first impression (over the phone) compared to a number of other service providers we had tried. They responded very quickly - the call was answered promptly and it was super easy to arrange for them to come and take a look at the issues which then they resolved very efficiently. Stuck in a carpark and the top part had fallen off my key somewhere with a screaming 1 year old and a stressed out mum i was in utter panic mode. I was so impressed. I had locked myself out of my house on a Sunday evening, and they arrived really quickly, and dealt with the problem first by trying to pick the lock to save me money on a new lock, and then when that wasn't going to work (difficult lock type to pick and light was going) they got me in, and changed the lock (which was still a very reasonable charge). They were professional, friendly and not out to take me for every penny! (considering really they were really my only option and could have). I was so relieved to not have to pay a fortune or wait for very long either. Highly recommended!

I called Dr. Lock Aberdeen last night as I had lost my house keys. He arrived within 30 mins, asked some security questions and had me in my home within 15 minutes. I looked out the spare key to have extras made and although he could make me spare keys, he gave me the option to have a new keyway fitted for extra security as not knowing how or where I lost my keys. The new keyway was cheaper than I had thought so opted to have that done. All completed fast and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Dr. Lock if you ever get locked out.
