Great service from Lock and Key shop yet again! I needed some advice on what sort of lock to replace a broken door chain with. Received brilliant service from Josh, who also helped advise on how to adapt the doorframe to fit the lock. First visited after having our lock snapped on an attempted break-in and received great advice and a good quality anti-snap lock. I recently visited again yesterday as we were struggling to lock the door from the inside, and was looking for a new lock/barrel (which I was about to spend £40/50 on). Instead of taking advantage or selling me something I didn't need, he asked questions, gave advice, and quickly realised that it was fine and just needed a clean. The lock was sprayed/cleaned and was good as new. Didn't have to spend a penny! Very knowledgeable and genuinely nice guy. Please support local! Couldn't have asked for more. Truly deserve your business!

We had an issue with our door locking and from watching the great youtube videos i was able to understand how it worked and what was wrong which was super helpful. After viewing their website and finding i could buy the gearbox separately i gave the Lock and Key shop a call and got some great information, i sent over a photo by email and got an instant response with the part i needed. I measured up to check from the dimensions on the website and they were spot on! The part arrived next day delivery and i was able myself to replace the gearbox and now we have a working door again ! Woohoo! From the great service, support, tutorial video's and information i was able to do this myself, didnt need to buy a complete multipoint system which i would have done, i saved money and impressed the other half with my new door DIY skills :) Thank you so much !

Dont usually review but was particularly impressed. Popped in as happened to be walking past and waa after some hinges. Very good customer service from the chap I spoke to - friendly, helpful and seemed interested in what I was after. Every shop should offer service like this.

Superb, I was served by a gentleman called Brogan who assisted and persevered with me and my very limited knowledge on what I was looking for, he was very patient and got me the item I needed, I then had difficulty when I got the purchased item home so called the shop (as I knew they would help me) I spoke this time with Josh who talked me through my issue and resolved it with very little hassle, honestly great customer service is not dead, it exists with Brogan and Josh. Had an old funny-shaped key that I couldn’t get cut elsewhere. Found this shop via google. When I saw what it did, and the photo with all the blank keys and key cutters, I thought these look like real experts. I wasn’t disappointed. If every shop offered service of this quality, shopping would be a pleasure. I was looking for a replacement lock for a bathroom. The young man behind the counter knew his stuff. Within five minutes of walking through the door, I had what I needed and was on my way. All this and a friendly welcome too. Highly recommended. (And need I add that the replacement part was a perfect fit?).

Amazing shop, really helpful staff. We dealt with Brogan who spoke to us for at least 40 minutes giving us advice and answering all our questions about the locks we were buying, even kept the shop open past closing hours just to finish helping us choose the right ones.

Trusted Trading company - we can't recommend them highly enough! Excellent phone & email communication at all stages of contact - from pre-sale advice to after sale follow up.
