Excellent, I had a Nissan note where I'd lost the key. I brought up a spare I'd bought online change d the guts but forgot the hidden chip in there. The big Ukrainian guy there very knowledgeable and skillful. Went away with 2 fully operational keys for 140 quid. Recommended rather than the bandits at hendy nissan

What an honest, lovely guy! I had a fault with my key fob so Sean came to replace it which was an expensive job and when he checked the key he realised it was a simple problem - the key being misaligned and causing the van to beep - so he said I didn’t need to replace the key and I should save my money and he didn’t charge me anything for coming out to me to do this! Very grateful and surprised at his honesty and helpfulness - he could have easily made £160 out of a service I didn’t need. Thank you Sean! Would totally recommend :)

Contacted Sean to fix one of my Peugoet van keys after the flip out part had snapped off the fob one. He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. Nissan quoted £450 to replace a damaged ignition barrel and very worn car key. Sean was able to repair the existing barrel and cut a new key from the registration number for far less cost. Key now works in the ignition perfectly. Whilst on site also fixed an issue with a door lock on the other car which was preventing use of that door lock. Very pleased with the work done, and would use again and will recommend to others.

Called Sean and he was here the next day. Repaired my van key fob in 15minutes - I had needed it doing for months! Great concept for a service. Great value service, would recommend every time.

Today I had a key cut for my car by Sean who was very prompt, friendly and explained to me that a basic transponder key was sufficent as a spare and could be upgraded to a fob later if my main key was lost. I had visited another firm earlier in the day while on my lunch break that couldn't get a spare key working with my car. Despite calling Sean quite late in the day at around 3pm he was able to come to where I work from after finishing another job nearby. I had the key cut by 4pm while I was able to carry on working. The key itself has the makers badge on and looks pretty much like a dealer could have made it!

I Messaged Sean on a Sunday after my VW key had fell off its hob. Sean got back to me strait away after others had not responded. I told Sean My van was not at my home, he went to my Van on his own picked the lock and cut a new key and met me at my home with the new key. I had a problem with replacing a door lock on my old van, after a theft. Here I was advised to buy a replacement, 25 quid on line and I could do it myself. Not many businesses would do that. Very, very helpful.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Rang the day before for a spare key, fitted the next morning first thing for a complete new remote key with immobiliser. I have used Shaun 3 times previously for business and personal use. Much cheaper than car dealers and alot quicker too. Comes out to your choice of location. All aspects of car key problems solved. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Called auto key assist as my partner had lost the car key when out shopping. Quoted very reasonable price to provide new key and re program car. The technician said he would be there within half hour. I was embarrassed when the key was handed back to my partner by shop staff and I had to call auto key to cancel service. I expected a hefty cancellation fee which I would have paid, but the gentleman (and gentleman is the right word here) simply told me that it wasn't a problem and to beat them in mind in future, he was already on the way! You would never get this from most companies, especially when it was our fault! The service seems fast and efficient and I hope you use their service as I will for any future requirements.

Auto assist (Sean) came out when my son jammed a key upside down in the unlocked back door at night, how he managed it I'll never know! He responded straight away, he solved the problem before the kettle had boiled and replaced the locks etc. First class service!! He made me feel at ease and reassured me he could sort it. Great bloke, and honest!! Not trying to flog me what i dont need. I would recommend to everyone. He has also sorted car keys for me, i won't go to anyone else ever again. Can't rate him enough.

Would highly recommend these guys. Had an issue with getting into my Toyota, very poor design by Toyota. This did not stop Sean though. He was still able to gain access despite deadlocks engaged. Although it was a cost I could have done without these guys are brilliant, from Karen in the Office who is very helpful and keeps you updated to Sean who came out. Lost my car keys for my VW golf, Sean came out within 30 mins got me in and made me a key right there and then which i thought was impossible! absolutely amazing guy. Considering VW was going to charge me £600 plus recovery, he charged me a fraction of the price and saved the day, thank you again will deffinately pass your details on.

Terrific service, very friendly and informative. A quick response that helped me with a key that would not turn in the ignition. Once the problem was fixed they informed me how to prevent the problem from happening again. All done at a good price.
