Steve was great, came out straight away and fixed a broken lock and made sure everything was left clean and tidy. Asked him to replace door handles and sort the door mechanism while he was there, which he was happy to do for a great price too. Definitely recommended!

I had a very difficult experience on Christmas Eve Eve. I was locked out of my elderly and very poorly brothers flat. Somehow he had managed to get out of bed and walk to the front door where he put the dead lock on the door. I called Locksmith on call and he said he could be with me within 15 minutes, which he was. At the time I didn’t know if there was a fault with the lock or the dead lock had been put on. He was up and down 4 flights of stairs with rods mirrors and lights to get in and after about 50 minutes he got in with no damage to the door or lock. After very fast and exemplary service his charge was surprisingly low for an out of office hours emergency service. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone caught in this type of emergency situation. He was an absolute life saver.
