Excellent Locksmiths! Jon was super accommodating as I managed to get him to change the locks just as he finished another job down the road. Really friendly, super quick and explained what he was doing. All at a really fair price for such a great service. Highly recommend these guys!

Excellent fast service provided by Jon, he was very professional and reasonably priced. Quoted for a range of jobs but there was no pressure to do all of them. Our newly aligned doors and new locks are great, didn't realise how bad the old ones were till we had new ones fitted.

Rang to discuss issue with door lock and received immediate advice on prior self diagnosis and offered to pop round if necessary. Post self diagnosis rang again to agree an inspection visit. Arrived at agreed time (two hours later), investigated, and gave options (including self installation which I though exceptional). Then provided what I considered to be very reasonable price for immediately supplying, and fitting, new lock along with 6 extra keys. 2 hours later (4 hours after initial contact) job done, no fuss, no mess....no extortionate bill. Very happy. In summary the customer service was absolutely first class and could not have been bettered. I hope Jon's business grows and thrives; he deserves it. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Jon did a fab job fitting a new lock on my door in 30 degrees heat and even offered to move things a around to give me an earlier appointment as I had security concerns. Jon was incredibly helpful. We were locked out of our apartment and he was there within 40 minutes. Our front door lock broke on a cold and dark December night. We managed to get in through our garage. Found Jonathan's number in The Dean's magazine. We asked if he could attend first thing the following morning. He arrived right on time. Sorted our door and checked every other lock in the house. We are now safe again.
