D. T.Great service, arrived when they said they would, did the job professionally; what more could you ask? Also have to say communication was excellent, there had been an accident on the roads and they phoned to say that the engineer was stuck in it; he was only 5 mins late anyway but it was nice to be contacted straight away to warn of the delay.

R. O.Fantastic yet again. Came to Newport as we have needed Simons help before when we lived in Cardiff. Out of his way but came and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Spoke on the phone day before and he had even tried to talk me through what I needed to do so we wouldn’t have to spend any money! Would recommend to any friends or family who need a locksmith.
