Paul came out within 2 hours of my request. He turned up and got straight to work on the car key issue. New key was sorted within an hour of him being there. Paul was chatty and very polite. We actually need a spare key as well due to only ever having one key. Paul was more than happy for me to go to his shop anytime to arrange a spare key to be done for me. PSM locks contact details saved for the future if ever needed again. 10/10 service!

My last car key got damaged whilst i was working, so i called Paul. Clueless to what was needed! Within a few minutes everything was explained to me! A location was set and a time was worked out! within 30 minutes Paul arrived and got straight to work, making my new control key as well as a spare to go with it!! Overall took roughly 20-30 minutes to do! Once he had finished I had a shining new control key, that was a lot more modern and much stronger than the original key along with a spare. I can't recommend PSM Locks Auto Locksmiths enough! The service I received today was above and beyond! Very fly customer service, fast response time! I called Paul after a suggested auto locksmith had been out and told me that he couldn't programme a key to the car, he said I'd probably have to go to a main dealer. Paul arrived and had a key programmed and cut in 30 to 45 minutes, he really does know his stuff. On top of that he keeps a spotless van, which fills you with confidence from the start, his attitude is very professional, and he is a very friendly person. Totally recommend, I'll use again when the need arises.

Had an urgent need to get a new wireless keyfob after accidentally losing mine at the local waste recycling site. After contacting Paul at PSM he agreed an appointment with me to meet him at his house (he was supposed to be on a half-day holiday), around two hours later. On arrival Paul got stuck-in and, despite some difficulty with the final programming that required someone from the software development team to remotely log-on to Paul's laptop to actually complete the job. Had a couple of jobs done before with PSM. This time I needed a replacement remote key for a Honda Jazz. Great service, work carried out at my home, took 20 minutes. Fantastic service, I highly recommend PSM locks. I am not from the area and was playing in a charity golf day stupidly I locked my keys in the car and desperately needed someone to come quick to retrieve them as I lived 2 hours away from my second set! Great service. Came round to my home the same afternoon after I had lost my spare car key. Got a new one cut and then reprogrammed both keys.
