Excellent service! Ross responded as soon as he got my message and came round in a very short time. He did 2 jobs for us, and charged just 1 hour's labour + parts. I'm very happy with everything, and I would definitely recommend him

Called Ross regarding a door which had jammed shut with a faulty mechanism. We booked in for the following day but then had a call saying he could come earlier. The issue was a difficult one but was sorted very quickly by Ross including a second visit to upgrade the replacement part. Very happy with the very prompt service and a really nice chap too! Would absolutely recommend, cheers!

Ross communicated effectively, he notify me when he was on his way, which is always helpful with the school run, he also communicated clearly to me regarding the multi lock patio and what piece needed replacing. Ross was friendly with the toddler who was so curious, and replaced the multi lock patio efficiently, he also also cleaned up after he had finished the job. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to call him out again, given the fact that a-lot of ppl turned down the job due to the type of patio.Thank you Ross what a nightmare but you got the job done.

Brilliant service from Ross, not only replaced door locking mechanism, but solved the issues with some dropped french doors that had caused the problem in the first place. Offered good advice around the cylinders which we replaced too, as ours were old and not up to standard. Very conscientious worker with superb attention to detail, would happily recommend and will definitely use again.

Ross is a great guy , we have a Care Home & the lock spindle broke on the main door , I contacted Ross & he was here within 1 hour , Ross identified the problem within 15 minutes, we needed a new spindle because it was snapped, unfortunately the part was discontinued , that didn’t stop Ross , he searched & searched & managed to locate one , Ross in my opinion went above & beyond the call of duty , we have his details now & wouldn’t hesitate to call him if we had another problem , I recommend Ross 110% BIG WELL DONE Regards Jamie Arnold

From start to finish Ross was incredibly professional and efficient. My call was answered promptly and a convenient time to visit my house was arranged. Ross called 30 mins in advance to confirm he was on his way and was very punctual. He assessed the work that needed to be done and informed me what my options were. He ordered the necessary parts and told me he could carryout the repairs the following day. In the meantime he fitted a temporary locking system so I could secure my house overnight. Ross arrived the following day at the agreed time and completed all works to a high standard, he even noticed an issue with another door and rectified this free of charge. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ross again and would highly recommend him to others.

Problem with the connecting door into the conservatory. Called LockRite & Ross was out within the hour. Very friendly & knowledgeable despite the challenge of a new piece of kit that wasn’t working properly itself. But all sorted in the end. Extremely helpful. Fantastic service from Ross today. My sliding door was locked shut and he recommended that he installed two new locks, given that replacing the existing lock like for like would be more expensive. I've ended up with an even more secure door now, at a lower cost than a straight lock replacement. Really pleased with the outcome, I'll definitely use his services again should the need arise.

Top guy knows what he’s doing after ringing a few places up lockrite jumped out being the friendliest and one of the cheapest quoting. Top it off came out with in a few hours of calling and door is working better then it was when fitted new. Also went extra mile and cut us a new key for the back door witch was nice and appreciated. Should we ever need a locksmith again I know who I’ll be calling thanks buddy keep up the good work.
