A 50 year old pvc front door with a doggy lock mechanism. The fitter arrived checked the lock and said he had the parts in the van. I was totally surprised. He worked out a price for a new mechanism and handles. An hour later job done and I was delighted. Efficient and pleasant. Would certainly recommend this company.

I managed to lose my keys after coming back from a business trip, I found Locksmiths Derby on Google. The locksmith arrived in very good time and got me into my house very quickly with next to no mess, the locks were replaced very quickly. Locksmiths Derby provided a very personable customer service experience, when I called I found them to be very reassuring. The locksmith that attended seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. The price was good I felt for an emergency locksmith. Card payment facilities were available which made made the process hassle free. I would highly reccomend Locksmiths Derby.

Locksmith derby came out this afternoon as I was just leaving to do the shopping and the door wouldn't lock. I thought it was to do with the heat but when locksmith derby got here they shown me it was a completely different problem and shown me where the problem was. Very refreshing to have a technician out that not only knows what he's doing but also shows me the problem so I know what I'm paying for. He shown up earlier than expected and even offered to wait in the van till I was ready. Very kind gentleman. You Will definitely be used by our whole family from now on :) Thank you.
