s.The guy that usually works there is so lovely. I own a business not far, and so I came on my break, (it was my first time) to timspons and I came in respect to my new keys (I wanted another pair made) he instantly recognised my keys and the fact he made them for the last tenants and showed me the doubles (he saved me money) ever since then I’ve been going to him for many other things such as I’ve had my watch screen repaired, he punched holes in my belt to fit me, my shoes stretched and bought some heel grips (which are of amazing quality) thank you! I am a loyal customer and will continue coming here for any of my Timpson related needs! Just to add the services are always of good quality, very quick and good prices

R. P.I have been here twice. Gordon is lovely and always helpful. He is incredibly knowledgeable. The store has good opening hours and the service is incredibly fast. This is THE place to get your watches/shoes repaired.
S. P.I'd love to say go to an independant small local company for shoe repairs. I have to be honest though, the guy in timpson is top of his game, not just locally but the best shoe repairer EVER. Quick, quality and great customer service. Plus he loves dogs 🐶. Winner!

M. B.I had heard that Timpsons punched extra holes into belts, and as I'd lost a bit of weight recently, I took my belt to the store to have that done. I expected to be told it would be maybe £5-10 at least, and I could collect it the next week day or something. Instead, they did it within about 30 seconds, and it was free with a £1 donation to charity. I think that's pretty great!
