Highly recommended. Back door lock broke (has a push up handle which refused to go up.) Chris was really friendly and on the phone asked me to try a few things and give him some info and he was able to "diagnose" over the phone and know what parts he'd need. Turned up early and was super quick and efficient. Obviously hope I don't have any lock issues again soon, but if I do will be calling 911 Locksmiths again for sure.

Had an issue locking a door and after a no show and lack of communication from the first company I got in touch with I contacted 911 Locksmiths and received a great service from the very start. Messaged last night and they offered to come out straight away. We arranged for them to come out today and were kept well informed of when they would be here. Arrived when they said they would and the issue was fixed in no time at all and door secured. Great service, communication and would definitely recommend and use as my go to locksmith if I ever needed to use one again

There’s a unique type of fear that arises when you arrive home to find your ‘smart’ lock refuses to cooperate and you’re effectively locked out; that only those who’ve experienced it will recognise. Finding myself in this situation and after half a dozen frantic calls, I was referred to Chris at 911 by another business (CJS Locksmiths in Partick), who were unable to assist on this occasion. Always a good sign! Within two minutes of calling, Chris uttered the magic words, “Yeah, I can get you in.” He was busy on another job at the other end of the city; another good sign, but he kept me updated of his ETA by sms and within the hour he attended. Approximately thirty minutes later, after watching him and his colleague demonstrate excellent teamwork in removing the smart lock and replacing it with the previously installed lock, I was greatly relieved to be back in my home. As they worked, it was also interesting to hear Chris explain options and demonstrate his obviously extensive knowledge. The charge was reasonable and not the extortion, which you often read about with less professional or ethical locksmiths. I rarely give ten out of ten but would have no hesitation in recommending these guys and they would definitely be my number one choice in future.

Called and locksmith came out same day regardless of it being a late weekend evening. Fully assessed our patio door and made it secure for us which gave my wife peace of mind. Our patio lock didn't exist anymore so he went to the trouble of retro fitting a more secure lock for us. Locksmith was very friendly and didn't mind being thorough in explaining everything he was doing along the way. Will definitely be keeping his number on hand for future use and would highly recommend to friends and family.

when called out to deal with an obsolete lock that was not turning , Chris spent a considerable amount of time and effort trying to fix, when this proved futile , he sourced a new fitting for our rather dated aluminium door and returned within hours to complete repair. would highly recommend

Locked my keys in the car. Quick efficient service. Took just under half an hour to get to me, and had the door unlocked in about another 5. Cheerful can-do attitude without making me feel like a pillock. Flat call out fee which was perfectly reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again (though hopefully won't have to!). Arrived home from holiday in the middle of the night with my husband and baby with no key for mortise lock on front door. After calling several other supposedly reputable company's who either did not respond or could not attend I managed to get Chris at 911. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and we were back indoors in around 10 minutes. He was extremely professional and was concerned in keeping both costs and damage to a minimum I could not rate him or 911 any higher and I will certainly recommend this company to everyone that I know for future reference.

Quick friendly and great value. Lost the keys to my electric bike. Had contacted a few others and they didn't want to touch it. I called this guy and he came within an hour and managed to pick it. Manufacturer were wanting an insane amount of money to put a new barrel in for me which I can stick in myself now he showed me how.
