James immediately identified the problem and ensured we were secure. He ordered the new lock, firstly advising us of the complete cost. James fitted the new lock today even though our puppy tormented the life out of him. The door opens and locks so smoothly, better than when it was new! The new lock also comes with a 10 year guarantee. We would not hesitate to recommend this company, a quick response, a fair price and a job well done. Thank you James!
