Spot on service. Called to help with my dads front door which had become difficult for him to operate. Keith came out within 2 hours and less than an hour later, the lock and handle operated like new. Would highly recommend for speed, service and just a generally nice bloke

Very quick to respond, even for a non emergency job. Opened an old window lock that we don't have a key for. Other companies had told me that they would have to leave the window unsecured after busting it open (basically that I needed a new window since they couldn't replace the old lock!) This guy came out, had it unpicked in about 5 mins without causing any damage. Very reasonable price too.Tech came to fix our locker and delivered a prompt, reliable, professional and very courteous service. Highly recommended.I called first thing on a Saturday and was there within half an hour. Changed our garage lock and got replacement keys. Thanks very much :)From purchase to installation, EZ Impact Windows and Roofing was a pleasure to work with. I would like to thank their staff for the courteous, expertly carried out installation, which was really nicely done. We received a quotation from another reputable company that replaces impact windows completely, right down to the frame, but I would never pay three times as much for such a small change in window quality, appearance, and feel. We absolutely made the right decision by choosing EZ Impact Windows and Roofing.Very professional, and performs an excellent job. Have a lot of expertise. Did an excellent job on my 15-year-old safe. Excellent locksmith, Kriss came out at short notice to Headingley to fix our locks and we couldn't be happier with them. Highly recommend! Great locksmith, came and got to me quicker than he first said, which was nice as it was 1am and freezing in a T-shirt after a night out in Headingley! Can't recommend enough, gained entry to my house and sorted me a new lock out as l'd lost my keys and the lock was getting dodgy anyways too.

After a key broke off in a lock, Diane and Keith were very helpful and friendly, responding the same day I called. Keith was very efficient at mending the lock, as well as helping to ensure proper closure of the door in the frame. Called up after managing to lock our front door with the snib on, honestly thought this would be a typical smashing of the lock and replace with an expensive bill at the end but that really wasn't the case. After arriving in a very reasonable 20 minutes during rush hour, he asked a few questions and got cracking. In probably less than 10 minutes and after one failed technique, he was in using another after asking a couple of more questions. Once we was in, he explained how this was able to happen. Throughout his whole visit, he was friendly, funny, knowledgeable and efficient. If something like this happens again (hopefully it wont) I will be calling again and I would happily and confidently recommend to others. Thanks a lot!

I had two padlocks that had rusted on the side door to my garage, they had been there about ten years, also the key for the door had been lost years ago. I called All Secure, he turned up on time and removed both the padlocks and opened the lock for me and supplied two new good padlocks. He gave advice on maintenance and was professional and friendly and the price was extremely reasonable. I cant recommend him enough.
