Top notch service! We were unable to lock our door at nearly 10pm. Simon answered the phone straight away and was with us 20 minutes later. He is so professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond. Checked all our other doors whilst he was with us and gave us some really useful tips. Such a down to earth and all round nice guy. On top of all this, he was so reasonably priced. Can’t speak highly enough of him. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon to family and friends and will definitely call on him if we need help again.

The locks on my catering van needed replacing and the main door reinforcing. Simon put my mind at rest and gave me advice on which locks to choose. He came out within the hour and has done an outstanding job. He replace old hatch locks which had no keys and supplied new padlocks. He gave the door and hatch a complete service. Absolutely cannot recommend this guy enough. Competitive prices too.

Excellent Service I had a faulty lock on a French door. My builders thought it needed replacing at a cost of about £200 for parts and installation. Called Simon. He came quickly. Within an hour and a half. Looked at the problem. Worked it out and fixed it. Charged a modest fee. 90% cheaper than I thought it would be. Great guy. Tries hard to fix problem first, than have the customer splash out for parts.

Amazing customer service. My door lock stuck so I couldn’t lock it and remove the key. Sent Simon a message and he was on his way! We live out in the sticks, a good half our out of Lincoln….but just hour after the message the issue was resolved and Simon explained the fault with the lock. He even cleaned the door!

Absolutely fantastic service. We couldn't get into our house due to a faulty front door. Simon went through our back French doors to gain access to our front door to fix. Not only did he adjust our doors so they closed smoothly, he also helped with a problematic window aswell. He also spoke to us about aftercare and when and how to adjust and lubricate. Seriously cannot recommend this guy enough!

One in a million. Having had a great experience on a prior problem with one of our doors I had no hesitation in contacting this chap. His work is exemplary, attitude amazing, attention to detail extraordinary and his prices are more than competitive. On this occasion he sorted out the problem with the double outside doors in no time and was very courteous and even our very fussy cat loved him! I cannot recommend this business highly enough. If you need help with your locks and doors then I seriously recommend you use this guy. We couldn't be happier and I don't say that very often these days.

After ringing some other companies near me who just didn't answer the phone (even though it stated 24 hours), I came across Happy Locks. I would highly recommend this company. I was locked out of my house and rang Simon, he was was extremely pleasant on the phone. In a jiffy he was outside my house and not only got me back in the house but also fixed my faulty door without the need for a brand new door. He made sure everything worked perfect and made sure i was also happy with it. He combines professionalism with a friendly attitude, not a pushy sales person either.
