Extremely good service, excellent staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Genuinely couldn't be happier with this company, brilliant service at what I would say is a reasonable cost, especially considering they operate 24/7. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a locksmith whether it's an emergency or not. The member of staff that dealt with us was superb at his job and so helpful. I don't review things that often but when somebody goes above and beyond to look after you I wouldn't let that go unrecognised. Genuinely couldn't be happier.

Lincoln Security undertook the annual maintenance visit in support of my sercurity system - as always it was organised promptly and with convenience. The engineer arrived on time, adhering to appropriate covid-safeguards and was both knowledgable/expert in all matters security as well as being courteous with a high degree of customer care. The system was configured back to "full" working order with the minimum of fuss and the highest levels of expertise. I would not have any reservations whatsoever in recommending Lincoln Security to anyone looking for an efficient, expert and courteous security and CCTV company - one which I believe delivers true VFM - thanks!

Eagles guest house used 3 or 4 times Lincoln security in the past and calling them for our little problem was an obvious reflex. Don't ask me why I cracked open two lockers of my guest house, having their springs going "sboing! " because it's a long story. Once the springs and little pieces all over the place I was unable to reset the locks back. Any way, right at the shop it took the guy in charge 30 seconds to put them back together and he didn't charge me for that. That is a reason why we'll use them in the future

I didn’t even catch the engineer’s name but the job was undertaken quickly and effectively. There was a malfunction with our safe and since we use it to store exam papers, this could have been very tricky in terms of our integrity if we hadn't sorted the problem quickly. I have used Lincoln Security for more 10 years with three different companies and organisations I have worked for in facilities and estates management. I have found Lincoln Security Office team and the engineers who attend site to be very professional and knowledgeable. The areas I have used Lincoln Security is from basic requirements of keys to larger projects of installations of security doors, automated access doors and specialist requirements for people with difficulties with access, wheelchair users. The engineers follow all the contractors on site H&S Procedures. Report in and out and communicate of any findings that I should be aware of. During service visits of the auto-mated doors, the engineers write the reports in folder which is left on site and very useful during audits. After the service we get the electronic copy and any recommendations of repairs or condition which we should monitor. The call out response is excellent throughout year. All I've come in contact with from Lincoln Security project a happy, friendly with a good sense of humour team I used them when worked for two engineering companies and currently in an educational environment.
