Superb service. I strongly recommend them. They fixed a lock for me a few months back and were prompt and efficient. The lock went wrong again last week and they came back and fixed. They refused any payment for the second visit because they insisted that the problem could have been spotted on the last visit. Astonishing integrity and fantastic customer service. Excellent company. I had a front door lock that required the key to be forced into before the lock would open. I asked Callow Masters if they would come out to replace the lock and they asked me to email photos to them. They said to try WD40 before I go any further. It worked! They could have charged me £150 to replace the lock and I would have paid it. I would recommend this company and I will definitely be returning to them in the future. Thank you, Callow!

I’ve used Callow many times to cut keys and install locks as I have always found them professional and responsive as well as fairly priced. Today my back door lock jammed and they were round in 30 minutes, solved the problem in less than 5 and didn’t charge me. Can’t recommend too highly!

Made the silly mistake of locking myself out of my flat. Found Callow as a nearby locksmiths and gave them a call. They kindly explained they wouldn't be able to get there for a couple of hours so I could call around others and see if I could find something faster, and they let me know what I should expect to pay based on description of lock, etc. In the end I couldn't find anyone faster so I called back and they came round a little earlier than they said they would, got the door unlocked and it was a good bit cheaper than I thought it could be. Locksmiths are always one of things you dread needing to call out as you are really at their mercy and you never know how much it might cost, but glad I've found this one round the corner if ever I need them again! Really friendly and professional.

You hear so many horror stories about locksmiths in London charging £300+ for basic jobs. Callow were recommended to me by a friend who also had a great experience with them, and I am so impressed with the quality of their service. They used all the door's existing parts where possible, so I didn't have to pay for new materials, and fixed it there and then with a detailed explanation of what had happened with the door. They were friendly, reliable, efficient and I am so happy with the quality of the work. It was such good value for money (I believe their accreditation to a professional body means that they cannot rip people off) that I was compelled to write my only ever google review. We called Callow Locksmith to ask about a few issues around our flat that needed fixing before moving out. We sent a few pictures, booked a visit from them, and within the space of half an hour everything was sorted. I got a quick reply to my enquiry and as with the Google reviewer, I was asked to take a photo so they could do a pre-assessment. They were on time, professional and gave us options as to how to deal with our issue and when it took less time than predicted, a reduction was given -- that usually never happens! I really appreciated not just the friendliness and professionalism but also options. Sometimes I feel like I'm blind to the process and hostage to the situation, paying what is needed to get things done, but with this experience it was different. It’s always stressful to be in a situation when you need the locks changed. I haven’t had to do it before so I called around a few places just getting quotes (I called the first numbers that appeared on Google when I searched “lock change”). Great service! I was in trouble when the key of mailbox had been broken while my landlord was away. My mean landlord insisted that the mailbox and lock must have been broken too and about to charge the fee of changing mailbox and lock from my deposit although the key was very fragile and easily broken when only being turned in the lock. The problem was only the broken key but the landlord said the lock and mailbox had to be replaced without his trying using his original key properly. When I showed the broken key to a staff of Locksmiths, he was very professional enough to find that it was the problem of key's frailty and not my fault. He told me to check if my landlord used correct key to try to open the mailbox and the mailbox and lock must be fine without necessity of replacement. He made spare key quickly and sorted out the problem. The staff was very nice. I do not see any reason why I can not recommend locksmith to everybody!

Really excellent service. Very knowledgeable, especially about their local area and the types of doors here! They sourced me a key for a door that is essentially obsolete and hasn't been opened in who-knows-how-long. The key took a couple of weeks to arrive but they updated me often, so I wasn't worried. Outstanding service. After the lock on my porch door broke and I was unable to get into my house. The owner got me into the house in a relatively short time after I called, which allowed me to get to an urgent appointment.
