JW locks were brilliant. Really knowledgable and gave lots of advice for free to try to help me fix the lock myself. When we couldn't fix it over the phone he arrived in 30 minutes to sort the problem. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic quick service. Last minute call out to replace locks on a new property. After calling on a Friday evening with details of the job, Jack went and collected materials from suppliers himself (rather than ordering in a waiting a few days) and was at the property and completed the job by 1pm the next day. Very friendly and transparent about work and costs.

Jack visited my house after a so called locksmith left over £1000 damages to my property because he had no idea what he was doing, there was a massive hole left on the door with broken lock. Jack managed to fix it and he went out of his way to make sure we were secure enough until he came back and fixed all the damages the other so called locksmith had done. Did a great job on my storage lock. Got here 30 minutes early too which is always appreciated. Was also extremely transparent on what needed to be done in the house.
