I initially contacted the company about fixing our front door lock. They responded quickly and were able to visit the same day. During their visit I was offered a new lock, which was fitted quickly, cleanly and professionally. Really happy with the overall service and finished product!

So happy with the service from Alan at London Locksmiths. I’d had a bad experience with another locksmith who offered a call out that seemed good value, but then tried to charge me £500 for two locks. Fortunately I’d done my research and sent them packing. Called Alan after finding him via the recommendation on the Met Police website and through the MLA. So glad I did! He was out the same day, finished the job in under an hour and was such good value for money. Extremely professional and a real gent. Don’t be fooled by the offers of cheap call outs from other firms - use Alan and London Locksmiths for a great experience and you won’t be left feeling ripped off.

Needed a locksmith to replace faulty lock. Have had nasty experiences in the past with excessive charges from other locksmiths but Alan was fantastic. He came out at the time he said he would and completed the job efficiently and quickly, most importantly, sticking to the quote given over the phone. I needed to have my lock changed after I lost my keys. Alan gave me a price by text ( very reasonable) after I called and sent him a picture of my lock and came on time (actually early) with the number of keys I had asked. It took 10 mns . Very happy to recommend.

I managed to lock myself out whilst bringing in my shopping, I was very cautious of being ‘ripped’ off by overly priced locksmiths these days but was pleasantly surprised to receive a quote over the phone based on the info I supplied the locksmith and the price did not change once he had finished the work plus it didn’t take long! We called London Locksmiths Ltd on the 29th September, needing the lock for our front door changed quite urgently. They were prompt, giving us a quote within five minutes and able to come out within 20 minutes. We couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently they fitted a new lock for our door, and how reasonable the service was too - especially so last minute.
