He arrived a short time later on the same day and was able to install the lock quickly and professionally. He arrived with all of the essential tools as well as a variety of locks to cover all eventualities. I was so satisfied with his work that I requested him to replace a lock on another door while he was here. A member of staff was trapped in a staff toilet when the lock failed. re-routed a lovely chap who was reassuring as well as efficient. He could not repair the lock as it was irretrievably jammed but he was able to release our colleague, fit an alternative and clean up after himself in virtually no time at all.
