Highly recommend. Excellent service, quick, reliable and friendly. Rob and his colleague came out to fix my front door which had jammed and did not lock. He arrived within 20 minutes of calling. He was very thorough and managed to solve all the issues. He also took the time to check my back door and realigned that also. Many thanks!

We had a fantastic time working with this locksmith firm. My questions about the procedure were swiftly answered. Their work was of a high grade, and they were on time and completed the task in a reasonable length of time. The final product looks fantastic, and the cleanup was flawless.

I paid for a 'destructive entry' (entry by way of drilling of door lock) under the false claim by the 'locksmith' that my lock was very secure and was therefore very difficult to open, which I later found out from was completely unnecessary and that the lock could have been picked in 25 seconds. I then, had to pay for a replacement lock and that's why I called The Locksmith the next morning. He was able to give me a very competitive fixed price quote over the phone after I sent him photos of the destroyed lock. He arrived when he said he would and took the time to show me how any locksmith with basic level training would have gained entry via my frontdoor letterbox without out the need of a costly 'destructive entry'. I am currently fighting to get compensation from the dishonest company.
