If I could put 6 stars I would ! We were stuck outside our flat and needed a locksmith asap. The Regent locksmith was with us in 15min. Professional and friendly, he opened the lock without damaging the door. He then found a cheaper and faster option for us by reworking the lock instead of changing it entirely (or something like that, I'm no expert). In the end, we were charged a very reasonable price, especially given the fast service and professionalism shown. I won't hesitate to call again if ever in need!

Gerard and Regent locksmith are highly recommended!! We forgot our keys and needed a lockout service. Initially we rang another company who came and immediately said “bad news” and changed their original £60 quote to £300 with “required” drilling and new locks!! Avoid that company (Lock Services London) at all costs!! Gerard was the complete opposite - efficient, helpful, tells it as it is and offered a good price. All done within 10mins!

This is the second time I've called Regent Locksmith - this time it was for a neighbour who was house-sitting and had locked her keys inside! Gerard arrived within an hour and was able to get inside the flat without doing any damage to the door. In terms of price, he was significantly cheaper than other quotes she'd received and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I cannot recommend Regent Locksmith highly enough!

Gerard was super helpful and went above and beyond in not only changing the lock, but also taking away an original part which was stuck. He fixed it and brought it back the same day - all for no additional cost! He took the time to keep me fully informed of what he was doing and explained things in easy to understand language. I called Regent, despite being a bit doubtful about so many 5* reviews. I didn't need to be, My elderly next door neighbour had lost her only door key, the spare. Her other keys had disappeared the other day, along with her purse, when she was robbed inside Aldi, Kilburn, waiting in line to pay. She was in a panic. I found Gerard's number in Google, and he was everything the other reviewers said - punctual, polite, professional. His reasonable and fair bill was exactly what he had quoted to my neighbour on the phone, despite the fact that the job was a nightmare and took over two hours to complete. Good to know, for anyone in W9, W2 or NW8, that we have a reliable locksmith living in the neighbourhood whom we can trust.

EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! Gerard arrived within 10 minutes on Sunday. He resolved the issue very quickly. Our lock is super secure one ! He was professional, honest and super talented. Would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. DON'T CALL ANY OTHER LOCKSMITH !!! Our story just before reaching out Gerard. We have a super secure lock and normally it is really hard to solve our case. First we called someone and agreed on price. When he came to our door, he said I can not open this without break the lock and you should pay 450£ in total because I'll change lock as well. We said no thanks this is way above the number that we agreed. He asked for cancellation fee and we didn't pay any money. DON'T PAY because this is a fraud. Second call was also same we said don't send someone and we want to make sure about pricing first. They said ok but we need your postcode to make sure your location and someone will call you just after this one to talk about pricing. After 15 mins nobody called us and we called them back. They said we're on the way so you should pay cancellation fee. It was a nightmare that's why you should call Gerard :)
