Had the loveliest of experiences with Simon and SMS. Having rung up in the morning to seek some help with a lock that was starting to misbehave, the customer services rep promptly scheduled someone to come out to me and explained succinctly what I would expect (a call 30 minutes before appointment etc). When Simon arrived he was friendly (unlike many other tradesmans I have dealt with in the past), promptly identifying the problem and proposing a resolution. Having done the job, he cleaned up behind him (again something other tradesmans have neglected in the past) and with exception to a shiny new lock, one would not be able to tell he had been there! Without doubt, the best experience I have had with a tradesman and I would thoroughly recommend Simon and SMS to anyone.
