Absolutely amazing! I called, got a price (very reasonable), Geoff arrived in less than an hour. He contacted me when he was on his way. He was extremely friendly and made us feel calm and at ease (our home was broken into and one of our cars stolen), he showed compassion. It took him less than two minutes to get into my car, I was so relieved. He didn’t take the money and rush off, but stayed and gave us sage advice. A lovely gentleman and swift worker who I highly recommend. Thank you so much for your help. 😊

As echoed by others, Geoff gives a speedy reply, in my case within minutes and he arrived on time the next morning. Due to a problem thrown up by the car's electrics, the programming of a new car key wasn't straightforward. Again echoed by other customers, Geoff wouldn't be beaten, trailing across Europe online to get codes etc that would work. His efforts paid off and I received my new programmed car key. I wouldn't hesitate to use Geoff again or to recommend him to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.
