Richard came out on a Sunday and was here in 15mins. We’d had one locksmith out who wanted to drill the door. Richard got the door open in less than 10 seconds with no damage to lock or door. Great service, clear and upfront pricing, checked our details before opening the door. Clearly knows what he’s doing. I would highly recommend. Can’t thank him enough!

Richard was propmt, friendly and tried everything he could, including helping a neighbour move her garden furniture and climbing a ladder in order to check if he could gain access by any other means, before having to change the lock. Sadly he couldn't, but the new lock fitted prevents us being locked out again! Brilliant service.
