Great service, called on my way into Portsmouth and they were at the property just as I got there. I was on a phone call, and he waited patiently for me to finish my call. Replaced lock, and showed me how it worked (I asked multiple times to be shown) but no question was ever too much for him. Excellent service all round, would highly recommend.

I was locked out of my house in the evening , I called Surelock Homes and they were very helpful and turned up in less than 45 minutes . The engineer was very friendly and managed to get in and change my lock promptly and did a great job! Would highly recommend !!
