Found this company the most helpful took time to help me out in making a new car key to my Fiat 500. The price was fair considering Fiat wanted crazy money and could not get a key for at least 4 weeks. Will be calling this company back on payday to get spare key made really helpful and friendly.

Booked in for a replacement car key for my sons Volkswagen polo. Fantastic service made a replacement key and remote in less than 1 hour. Cost was considerably cheaper then main dealers also much faster, Volkswagen was unable to help for 2 weeks as the key needed to be ordered from Germany + me having to arrange recovery of the car to bring to them bit tricky when you don't have a key! From my son losing his only car key left us in a right predicament as he was blocking my works van and my wife's car on the drive. Put it this way this company has made spares for us at a offer I could not refuse highly recommend. Thanks for the prompt service!

Fantastic service my ignition packed up on my Range Rover Sport. Combination of worn key / ignition. Andy done one amazing job on removing and rebuilding a new ignition. Saved myself a small fortune and time. Great service and very happy with replacement car keys. Appears to be call out service only. Deals with house locks and cars. Prices reasonable, but Tony knows his business and deals with the electronic handshakes required between car and key as well as just cutting a key and sorting the chip out.

When Volkswagen could not help me on ordering a spare key to my t4 camper van, I was passed over to this company. Who made a spare key and programmed the key to the anti theft immobiliser system. More than impressed with the skill and knowledge which goes into making keys especially the coding side. By far the most helpful, called another auto locksmith first who picked up the phone saying yeah what do I want? Very rude and gave a ridiculous quote on having spare car key cut. This company was amazing sure know how to look after customers interests. Price was lets say more reasonable compared to others. New fiat 500 remote key much cheaper and faster than having to go into Fiat. Only difference is it does not come with a Fiat logo. The key looks the same and works the same and for the price paid well worth it. I booked in which saved me money than having to pay for same day service very polite on the phone and pleasant in person also turned up on time.

Opened my car no fuss or damage. This was the only car locksmith in Reading who picked his phone up. I did call early Saturday morning, think I woke this chap up lol. Very nice on the phone and got to me in arpund 45 minutes opened the car in like less than a minute the price was little steep but had no choice the service made up for the price. Hopefully I will not need to call you again if I do it again I've saved your number I definitely be call you.

Called this company out after losing my car keys on a night out in Reading. What can I say, total life saver defiantly saved my bacon! My vehicle was stuck inside the Oracle car park where I had a massive problem on my hands. As my breakdown recovery was unable to recover my vehicle from a multi story car par. I had to this company out to make me a key to my Volkswagen Scirocco very impressed with the outcome had 2 new keys made in under a hour.

Lost my car key (Audi S6) whilst working away and called this company out. They arrived promptly, dressed smart and were too happy to help. They opened the vehicle, made me a new key and charged accordingly. The price was way cheaper than what Audi quoted me and I would have had to pay recovery costs for my vehicle to be taken to them. I've watched programmes on rogue locksmiths on the television and was in quite a predicament. Upon calling a few other companies it was clear who the rogues were, with one quoting nearly double these guys and one quoting half the cost just for the callout. The one quoting half would just tell me the callout cost plus parts, they would not give me an all round price which was alarming me, they also wanted credit card details up front. Thankyou for your help and getting my car running again. Feel free to give me a call if your in my neck of the woods and I don't mind you taking the car for a spin again. Take care, best of luck.

Drama with locking my handbag in my new Audi A3. This company was the only one who could unlock it. First I called Audi who sent roadside assistants out tried to get in but said the car was in lock down deadlocked. I called Reading Car Locksmiths spoke to Andy who reassured me he can get in which he did. Done a good job opened the car without any sign of damage, great skill to watch scary how fast he opened it. Also cut me a bladed key as a back up just incase it happens again.

Out of hours emergency call out this company picked up even tho it says there closed from 5pm. I was so grateful leaving to go to Gatwick airport. Like a idiot I locked the dam key in the boot. I was surprised to find there were no call out charges with these guys. I lost my key once before and had to do a call out with another company that had call out charges. Didn't realise until it was too late and they were cutting my key. However Auto Locksmith didn't charge a penny and they were quick to cut the key too. Would use again although hopefully I don't need to.
