A couple of months ago i had a new bathroom window fitted and i was so impressed by the quality and the professionalism that i saved up to get my patio doors done as they were letting in huge amounts of draft (think curtains blowing!). The guys came out and again did another excellent job. Im now saving for the rest of the house to be done. Thank you!

Pete who came for the inital quote was super honest with me and told me exactly what I needed to have done, without the 'hard sale' aspect, this was very refreshing. Hannah was great in her correspondance and they fitted me in this week even though they were busy. Dave who fitted the windows was really nice and calm, he googled where to park before hand which honestly was so good because none of the other builders/fitters have done so and this always causes an issue. I originally found this firm on Which? Local. From their first visit to give me a quote, until the end of the installation, I found them very professional, helpful with advice and friendly. They installed 8 high quality windows, even coping with moving the TV etc. and reconnecting it all afterwards. I thought I needed a new front door as the existing one had developed cracks but Rich said they could replace the central panel only and save me money!! I have no hesitation in recommending this firm (and have already done so to a couple of friends). They are great value for money.

I'd just like to recommend Pete and Rich to anyone looking for a professional, prompt and competitive service. The french doors look wonderful and there is zero mess to clear up. I was worried about damaging the external render taking out the old doors but as promised you can't tell the doors have been replaced from the outside. We got in touch with Ace who came out at super short notice: they removed our front windows, helped me get the sofas through the window and then got the windows back in. ACE fitted new patio doors and windows to a rental property I own in Plymouth in 2013. I received a call form the managing agent today (2nd June), to inform me one of the locks was not functioning. I spoke to Pete, who arranged with the tenant to see the lock on the same afternoon. It was found there was no problem with lock and Pete contacted me in less than two hours to confirm all had been sorted. I was delighted with the excellent service the guys provided back in 2013 and even more delighted with the response I received on this occasion. There was no procrastinating, no delay, just a prompt and extremely pleasing response to a problem I cannot fix ( I live 250 miles away).
