L.came to fix four windows that wouldn't open. He explained the main issue which was the lock mechanism and also told me upfront that it may need hinges replacing. Very quick to complete the work, professional, friendly and honest. Couldn't ask for better service, he fixed the windows and it turned out that no hinges needed replacing. Overall I would strongly recommend using him.
