Luke was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and patient. I bought a new house and had it re-keyed. 9 locks in total. When he arrived I had a bag full of keys and didn’t know what key went with which lock. He patiently went through the bag of keys for me and found the locks they belonged to. He did an amazing job and was very nice. I will definitely be calling First Call Locksmith Southampton again when I need help.

Very pleased with the service. I just bought a property and needed to replace 3 locks (front door, bedroom and shed in the garden). I asked for a quote and arranged a day/time. I locked my keys in my car on a Sunday and I was having a horrible time trying to find a locksmith that would come out. Then I found First Call Locksmith Southampton. They said that they could be at my hous in a few minutes. They were here right on time. The locksmith (Luke) was great. He phoned when he was on his way, and was in my car within a minute or so. Really nice guy, too! I would use their services again! Highly recommended!

There’s a lot of locksmiths on Google. Some of them are good, most of them aren’t. A lot of them don't care about their customers and charge ridiculous fees for sub standard work. This is the cheapest and best company listed. I called every locksmith and no one called me bace or gave me a great quote. I have a push button so it was higher than normal and they gave me the best deal. If you want to go to a locksmith choose them, very reasonable and fast.

Awesome service!!! The Professional Locksmith was great to deal with. I used them for a lock re key. They had great communication, and even though my issue wasn't urgent, they were out to my place in a matter of minutes. Luke was the locksmith that came to do the work.
